본 프로젝트는 사각 공간 프레임 / 높이 16미터 / 총 길이 30미터 / 총 경간 18미터

1. 철골 스페이스 프레임의 설치는 하부구조축과 매립보드를 수용한 후 실시하여야 한다.하단 지지대에 대한 요구 사항은 다음과 같습니다. 인접 지지대 간의 높이 차이(거리 L2): L2/800 및 10mm 중 작은 값, 동일한 고도에서 최고 및 최저 지지대 간의 높이 차이: 20mm;

2. 그리드의 힘과 구조적 특성 및 현장의 실제 건설 조건에 따라 철골 공간 프레임의 설치 과정을 결정합니다.

3. 스틸 스페이스 프레임을 설치한 후 다음 사항을 확인해야 합니다.

ㅏ.수직 및 수평 측면 길이 편차의 허용 값은 길이의 1/2000이며 30mm보다 커서는 안됩니다.

비.중심 오프셋의 허용 값은 강철 공간 프레임 스팬의 1/3000이어야 하며 30mm보다 커서는 안 됩니다.

씨.주변에 의해지지되는 메쉬 프레임의 경우 허용 높이 편차는 인접 지지대의 1/400이며 15mm보다 커서는 안되며 최대 및 최소값은 30mm보다 커서는 안됩니다.여러 점으로 지지되는 메쉬 프레임의 경우 허용되는 높이 편차는 인접 지지대의 1/800이며 30mm보다 크지 않아야 합니다.

디.사양 및 설계 요구 사항에 따라 그리드의 편향을 감지합니다.시공 후 철골 공간골조의 처짐은 설계계산값의 115%를 넘지 않아야 한다.(격자 프레임 L/250의 최대 처짐 값)

4. 국부적으로 용접볼이 있는 경우에는 용접볼과 봉의 용접에 홈용접을 사용하며 용접심 등급은 2등급 이상이어야 한다.

5. 스틸 스페이스 프레임 설치가 완료된 후 스페이스 프레임 조인트 및 로드의 표면은 깨끗하고 흉터와 먼지가 없어야 합니다.볼트 볼 조인트의 조인트와 여분의 구멍은 그리스로 채우고 밀봉해야 합니다.

6. 그리드를 사용하는 동안 4~5년마다 종합적인 부식 방지 유지 관리를 수행해야 합니다.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
